Laura (she/her) was introduced to yoga in 2011 & has been practicing regularly ever since! She loves the way it makes her feel - alive, empowered & part of an accepting, supportive community. At first it was an escape from everyday life but then it quickly became the best part of every day! She began teaching in 2013 & continues to share her passion for mindful movement at her studio in Downtown Guelph & online.
Laura's classes are grounding yet strong, calm yet powerful & playful. She teaches with a light heart & casual, inviting energy. She remains respectful & sensitive to her students, offering options to meet them wherever they're at. Beginner & experienced students will benefit from her clear focus on alignment while her intentional teaching style ensures that you weave safely through your practice. Laura's goal is to help you feel good in body & mind as you get to know yourself through the sacred practice of yoga.
Moonlight represents yang & yin, active & passive, light & dark. Moonlight is multifaceted, cleansing, & full of possibility, just like yoga.
