our cozy studio is tucked inside Found Coffee
17 Gordon St. Downtown Guelph
We are surrounded by amazing small businesses, a step away from the Farmer's Market & there is plenty of street parking.
about the space
Our studio is just over 800sq.ft. & located on the main floor of 17 Gordon St. Guelph. There are no essential stairs upon entry or throughout the building. The studio is down the hall at the back of the building. You can enter through the Found Coffee front door off Gordon St. or the side door off Nottingham.
There are 2 non-gendered washrooms (one wheelchair accessible) that can also be used as change-rooms. There are no showers. Belongings can be stored safely inside the studio.
what to bring
We encourage you to pack light if possible but please bring:
- a mat (limited spare mats are available to borrow).
- water bottle (water cooler on site).
- wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in. Layers are a great idea.
- all props (blocks, straps & bolsters) are provided but if you prefer to bring your own/need anything specific you're welcome to bring it.
what to expect
We are all easing back in to in person classes but still offer many virtual options!
The studio & props are cleaned after each class. Austin air purifier runs before, during & after class.
Capacity is currently 20 & pre-booking is required to reserve your spot. Due to this limited capacity, please cancel your booking at least 3 hours before class if you do not feel well or can no longer attend. Class credits will not be refunded for late cancellations (less than 3 hours). Please arrive on time & on your mat for the start of class.
