why private yoga?

Are you new to yoga & don't know where to start? Are you looking for some extra attention & classes that cater to your needs & goals?! Do you want to share a memorable experience with friends, family, or co-workers? Or maybe bring yoga/meditation to a birthday, anniversary, or wedding party?
Practice one on one in studio or in the comfort of your own space, at a time that suits your schedule, with a class that caters to you. You get to choose what class style you're into & we work together to discover what feels best in your body so you feel safe & confident in any yoga class. We can explore everything from use of props, variations of postures, peak poses, building strength, mobility, relaxation, breathing, meditation...a private class is your time to have fun, get curious, ask questions & get the attention you deserve!

Connect with friends, family, loved ones, or coworkers with private events/group classes. Enjoy a one time class for a special event, or look forward to regular classes with your people! You get to decide (as a group) what you're looking for in the class - beginner friendly, all levels, relaxing, playful, a surprise...then I take care of the rest!

Hosted in person in studio or at your location of choice (standard mileage rates apply if outside of Guelph).

Cost is for one person for 60min class.

Add $75 per class for one extra person.

All classes include one free 30-45min initial meeting to talk needs, wants, goals, etc.

Classes are non-refundable & non-transferable.
