where?​

York Rd. Park | 85 York Rd. Guelph

  • We practice in the grass under the trees behind St. Mary's Church.

  • There are options for sun & shade.​​​​​

  • The space can be accessed on foot by the Royal Recreational Trail & by vehicle from York Rd. There is plenty of parking in the gravel lot.

  • Please familiarize yourself with the map linked below if you're new.

  • If the weather is not ideal for an outdoor practice, class will be moved indoors (in studio at Found Coffee, 17 Gordon St.) & you'll be notified by email at least 1 hour before class.

when

  • Please check the schedule & sign up for monthly class updates and to reserve your spot.

  • Please RSVP so that you can be notified in the event that class is moved indoors. 

  • Outdoor classes typically run into September & on a pop-up basis afterwards, weather permitting.

who

  • Everyone is welcome!

  • The park is a wonderful place for beginners to start their practice in a casual environment or anyone to ease back onto their mat.

  • All you need to bring is a mat (or blanket), water & sunscreen/bug spray is always handy.

cost

  • You can use your membership or class passes to attend. Drop in is $20. If you prefer paying by etransfer or cash, please select the free ticket option at checkout & either bring cash to class or send an etransfer to laura@moonlightyoga.ca

  • Please reach out if you would like to attend but cost is a barrier for you.
