Angela (Spark Yoga) and Laura invite you to a relaxing, casual and refreshing weekend to immerse in your yoga practice, enjoy the freedoms of disconnecting from the everyday while you delve into and connect with yourself, your community & nature.

 

We are thrilled to host your retreat at The Cedars in stunning Haliburton from Thursday October 3rd to Sunday October 6th, 2024. The modern, luxurious yet warm & inviting cottages will be your home away from home, where you are surrounded by an amazing yoga family!

*transport to retreat is not included but carpools can be arranged if needed*

 

Our home for the weekend is The Cedars Haliburton - two luxury cottages complete with a beautiful, new hot (or not hot) yoga studio, saunas, firepit, dock & lake access with canoe, kayaks, paddleboards & much more! This family owned business is newly renovated with impeccable taste yet still embraces the natural landscape, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated & reconnected like you deserve! The Cedars Haliburton is only a short distance from the town of Haliburton and surrounded by many trails.

The dedicated yoga studio offers a safe space for any level of yogi to explore their physical, emotional and spiritual practice. Each yoga class, unique to the retreat, is crafted with intent and care to enhance your weekend experience. Both active and relaxing sequences are weaved throughout the weekend. The studio is equipped for hot yoga but there will be a mix of heated/room temperature classes.

Whether you’re enjoying a refreshing hike through the great trails and town of Haliburton, soaking in a sauna, paddling on the peaceful lake, or lounging by the outdoor fire, there will be time for you to get outside and connect to your surroundings in a meaningful and memorable way.

nourish

All fresh, healthy and wholesome meals with vegetarian and meat options are included in your retreat. Meal times are enjoyed by all as a time to laugh, relax and connect. Snacks, coffee, tea and water are available during the day.

DAILY ACTIVITIES: Morning Yoga - Breakfast - Free time (sauna, hike, swim, paddle, read, optional excursion, rest, journal) + snacks - Afternoon Yoga - Dinner + Free time

Early Bird prices range from $650/person - $925/person
